What you pay, and what happens if you stop
Every account starts with 14 days of the whole product, with no card. At the end of it you pick a plan — and if you never do, nothing you have put in is deleted or hidden.
The plans
- Solopreneur — $29 a month. One person, running the whole show. Up to 1 staff account and 250 items.
- Small Business — $79 a month. A team on the floor and somebody in the office. Up to 8 staff accounts and 2,500 items.
- Enterprise — $199 a month. Multiple crews, a fleet, and roles that need composing. Unlimited staff accounts and items.
The full comparison, including which sections come with which plan, is in the plans reference.
The trial
14 days, everything open, no card asked for. The trial gives you the top plan so nothing is hidden while you are deciding — a trial that withholds the features you are evaluating is not a trial.
If a payment is missed
Writing stops. Reading does not, and nothing is deleted. Every page still opens, every booking, invoice and receipt still reads, prints and exports, and the Data tab still hands you everything.
Two things stay possible on purpose. You can still pay — putting the way out behind the thing it fixes would be absurd. And an owner can still deactivate an account or reset a password, because an unpaid bill must never strand somebody’s security controls.
You do not have to be signed in to find out. You get an email within 7 days of your plan running out, and another if it actually lapses, with reminders afterward until you renew.
Going over a limit
A cap stops the next one. If a downgrade leaves you over your seat or item limit you keep every account and every item you already have, and you can still edit and delete them — you simply cannot add another until you are back under.
Changing plan
Paying for a new plan before your current period ends does not take away the tier you have already paid for. The change starts when the period you bought starts. Upgrading mid-period is immediate.
What you pay us is in dollars
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars wherever you are. That is entirely separate from the currency you invoice your own customers in, which you set on your finance settings and which supports a great many more.
