Use of the service

Use Event Managr for lawful business operations and keep the account credentials used by your team secure. You are responsible for the information your team enters and the access it grants.

Your trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin one and there is nothing to cancel. The trial runs with everything the Enterprise plan includes, so it shows the whole product rather than the plan you may go on to choose. It ends on its own after 14 days.

Plans and payment

The plans, their limits and their prices are published at Pricing and are the ones that apply. Subscription prices are charged in US dollars and are exclusive of any local tax. Paying for a year costs 10 months.

Prices may change. A change applies to your account from its next renewal and never part-way through a period already paid for, and we will tell you before that renewal.

Plan limits

Plans limit the number of active staff accounts and inventory items, and some features belong to particular plans. Being over a limit - after moving to a smaller plan, for instance - never removes anything you already have. It refuses the next addition until you are back under the limit or on a larger plan.

When a subscription ends

If a subscription lapses, the account becomes read-only rather than closed. Every page still opens, and every record can still be read and printed. Changes are refused until a plan is chosen again. Nothing is deleted because a bill went unpaid.

Availability and changes

Features change as the product develops. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, its users, or stored business data. Do not rely on the service as the only copy of records your business must retain.
