Every account starts on a 14-day free trial with the whole product open, so the plan below is a decision you make at the end of it rather than at the start. Paying yearly costs 10 months’ money for twelve months’ service.

What happens if a payment is missed
Every page still opens and every record still reads, prints and exports. What stops is writing: no new bookings, no new items, no invoices. Paying is the one write that still works, because refusing it would put the way out behind the thing it fixes. Nothing is deleted, and going over a limit after a downgrade never removes an account or an item you already have — it only stops the next one being added.
