The kinds of customer you can record
Every customer is one of these. The list is deliberately closed: before it, a free-text tag box grew into a second and unreliable way of saying what a customer was, with “VIP”, “2023” and “do not call” all filed as the same kind of fact.

“Repeat client” is not on this list because it is not something anybody sets. It is worked out from how many bookings a customer has, so it cannot be true of somebody who has only ever booked once.
